- Created the holding’s investment and product governance system: a Go/Iterate/Kill framework with multi-factor decision matrices, now the standard by which all 9 VC funds judge their active products and screen new deals entering the portfolio.
- Personally make the resulting calls: killed underperforming services, vetoed business lines that failed the evidence bar, and redirected in-flight products — refocusing the holding’s capital on the bets that scaled.
- Built Market Navigator, the intelligence engine behind those decisions: behavior alerts across 500 top funds, trend/theme radar, co-investment graph, and a calibrated next-round prediction engine (GBDT + SHAP, reported as precision@K) — on a data platform of 3M+ enriched companies, 200k+ investors, and a ~500k-article multilingual news pipeline.
- Lead the 13-engineer AI team building the group’s flagship products; represent the holding to enterprise clients, government partners, and investors.
- Reviewed 100+ startups for investment rounds and ran 10+ startup events across the ecosystem.
- Shipped LLM-augmented ERP modules and a conversational-AI HealthTech line for elderly users; 30+ AI applications and 50+ enterprise contracts deployed group-wide.
